Stop chasing for Happiness! Sounds Weird? Why is everyone saying that happiness is everything and that success equals to happiness. How many successful people are truly happy?

Is happiness the only thing in life? Our culture is obsessed with happiness, but what if there is a more fulfilling path? Pursing happiness is not the whole purpose of life, there is more to life than just being Happy.

Happiness is a condition that one’s material desires or immediate personal wishes are satisfied, it is s state of comfort in the moment and it comes and goes. But should those circumstances change or disappear, so will our happiness. Such happiness is called relative because it exists only in relation to external factors.

Is there more to life than being happy?

Chasing happiness can make people unhappy, it makes people feel hopeless, depressed and alone. There is this sense of emptiness inside them, this despair is not due to the lack of happiness but having meaning in life.

Meaning of life comes from and serving something beyond yourself and developing the best within you. It describes a life condition in which happiness wells forth from within. It is called absolute because it is not influenced by external conditions. Living itself is happiness; being alive is a joy, no matter where we are or what our circumstances.

Seeking meaning is the more fulfilling path. People who have a meaning in life tends to do better in life and are more resilient. A person who has developed the wisdom and life force to overcome hardship will find society, which is rife with problems, to be a place for the creation of value and fulfillment.

Value others and yourself. True belonging brings from love and can be developed. If you lead with love, you create a bond that lift each of you up

Purpose is not about what you get, it is about what you give. The key to purpose is using your strength to serve others which drives you forward.

The story you tell yourself and others about yourself. How did your experiences shape you? How does your story align with your purpose? People living meaning life tends to tell story about themselves define by redemption, growth and love

Living meaningfully takes times and it is an ongoing process. As each day goes by, we are constantly creating our lives. Well-being will only happen when you turn inward.
